KASANE is an open-source tool designed for developers and designers. You are free to use the color palettes, code snippets (JSON, CSS, SVG), and patterns generated by this website for both personal and commercial projects without attribution (though it is appreciated).

The materials and tools on KASANE are provided on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for accuracy in color conversion and code generation (Shopify Liquid, Tailwind CSS, etc.), we make no warranties regarding the reliability or suitability of the generated code for your specific environment.

We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our tools, including but not limited to theme conflicts, display errors, or data loss.

3. Limitations

Since KASANE operates as a client-side application, your settings and history are stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs if you clear your browser cache or if local storage is corrupted.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
